Terms of Service

Effective date: October 2, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Pendulibrium D.O.O., Ss. Cyril and Methodius 40-1, 1000 Skopje, North Macedonia (“Pendulibrium”, “we”, “us”). They apply to the ON10 website at on10.ai (the “Website”) and the ON10 mobile app (the “App”), together the “Services”. By using the Services you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. What ON10 is

ON10 is a mobile app that lets you import your own game videos, tap the player you want to follow, and let AI on your device follow that player and create clips and highlights. The Website gives information about ON10 and lets you join the waitlist.

2. Who can use ON10

  • You must be old enough to agree to these Terms in your country, or have a parent or legal guardian agree to them for you.
  • Children under 13 (or under the age of digital consent in their country) may only use ON10 through an account created and managed by a parent or guardian. The parent or guardian is responsible for the child’s use.
  • You may not use ON10 if the law where you live does not allow it.

3. Accounts

  • You can use parts of ON10 without an account. Some features need one.
  • You can create an account with your email or by signing in with Apple, Google or another supported provider.
  • Keep your sign-in secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us right away if you think someone else is using it.
  • Give accurate information and keep it up to date.
  • You can delete your account at any time in the App or by writing to us.

4. Your videos and content

  • Your videos stay on your device. ON10 processes them on your phone. We do not upload, store or claim ownership of your videos, clips or highlights.
  • You are responsible for the videos you use and the highlights you share. Only use videos you have the right to use.
  • Respect other people. Many players are minors. Follow the rules of your team, league and venue about filming, and get permission before sharing videos of other people where it is needed.
  • If you share or export highlights outside ON10, the terms and privacy policies of the platform you share to apply.
  • If you send us feedback or ideas, we may use them freely without paying you.

5. Acceptable use

When you use the Services you agree not to:

  • Break any law or anyone’s rights, including privacy and intellectual property rights.
  • Use ON10 to harass, stalk, bully or exploit anyone, especially children.
  • Copy, modify, reverse engineer or resell the App, except where the law allows it.
  • Interfere with the Services, test their security without permission, or use bots, scrapers or automation against them.
  • Abuse the waitlist, referral program, trial or promotions, for example with fake accounts or self-referrals.

6. AI features

ON10 uses AI to follow the player you choose and to find moments in your video. AI can make mistakes. It may lose track of a player, follow the wrong player, or miss or include moments. Check your clips and highlights before you share them. ON10 does not identify who people are.

7. Trial, subscriptions and payments

  • Trial: you can try ON10 at no cost. The trial lets you import videos, use AI tracking and create clips, and export one highlight of up to 60 seconds with an ON10 watermark. After the trial you can keep viewing in the App, but more exports need ON10 Pro.
  • ON10 Pro: sold only as an in-app purchase in the Apple App Store or Google Play, as a monthly or yearly subscription. You cannot buy it on the Website. Prices are shown in the App before you buy and may include taxes.
  • Automatic renewal: subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. You are charged through your App Store or Google Play account.
  • Cancel: in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription. After cancelling, Pro features stay available until the end of the paid period.
  • Refunds: handled by Apple or Google under their refund policies. We cannot issue refunds for store purchases directly. This does not limit any right to a refund or to withdraw that you have under the consumer law of your country.
  • Price changes: we may change prices. The store will tell you in advance, and you can cancel before the new price applies.
  • Launch and promotional offers: offers such as free periods or offer codes follow the conditions shown with the offer and may end at any time.

8. Referral program

  • You can invite friends with your personal ON10 link from the App.
  • A friend who registers through your link may get a free period of ON10 Pro, as shown in the App.
  • When the number of friends shown in the App sign up and pay for ON10 Pro yearly, and stay past their refund period, you may receive a free year of ON10 Pro. This reward is given once per person.
  • Self-referrals, fake accounts, spam and other abuse are not allowed. We may refuse or remove rewards and close accounts involved in abuse.
  • Rewards have no cash value and cannot be transferred. We may change or end the referral program at any time. Rewards already earned before a change will be honored.

9. Emails

If you join the waitlist or opt in, we will email you about ON10. You can unsubscribe at any time with the link in each email. We may still send you service messages about your account, such as security notices and changes to these Terms.

10. Our intellectual property

The Services, including the App, Website, software, design, and the ON10 name and logo, belong to Pendulibrium or its licensors and are protected by law. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on devices you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use, under these Terms and the rules of the store you downloaded it from. You may not use our name or logo without our written permission.

11. Third-party services

The Services work with third-party services such as the Apple App Store, Google Play, Apple and Google sign-in, and analytics providers. Their terms apply to your use of them. We are not responsible for third-party services.

12. Changes and availability

We may change, add or remove features, or suspend or end the Services. We will try to give notice of major changes. If we end the Services, we will tell you in advance where possible.

13. Termination

You can stop using ON10 and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close your account if you seriously or repeatedly break these Terms, if we must by law, or to protect users or the Services. Sections that by their nature should continue, such as intellectual property, disclaimers and limitation of liability, continue after termination.

14. Disclaimers

We work hard to make ON10 great, but we provide the Services “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we do not promise that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free or that AI results will be accurate or complete. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be waived.

15. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Pendulibrium is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for loss of data, profits or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim related to the Services is limited to the greater of the amount you paid for ON10 in the 12 months before the claim or 50 US dollars.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, for intentional misconduct or gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.

16. Indemnity

If you use the Services for business purposes or in breach of these Terms, you agree to cover claims, losses and costs we face because of that use, to the extent the law allows. This section does not apply to consumers where the law does not permit it.

17. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of North Macedonia. The courts of Skopje have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in the courts there.

18. Apple App Store additional terms

If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store:

  • These Terms are between you and Pendulibrium, not Apple. Pendulibrium, not Apple, is responsible for the App and its content.
  • Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App.
  • If the App fails to meet any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price, if any. To the extent the law allows, Apple has no other warranty obligation for the App.
  • Pendulibrium, not Apple, is responsible for handling any claims about the App, including product liability, legal or regulatory compliance, and consumer protection claims.
  • Pendulibrium, not Apple, is responsible for any claim that the App infringes a third party’s intellectual property rights.
  • You confirm you are not located in a country subject to a US government embargo and are not on any US government list of restricted parties.
  • Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

19. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will post the new version with a new effective date, and tell you by email or in the App if the changes are significant. If you keep using the Services after changes take effect, you accept the new Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the Services and delete your account.

20. General

  • These Terms, our Privacy Policy and any offer conditions shown in the App are the whole agreement between you and us about the Services.
  • If a part of these Terms is found invalid, the rest stays in effect.
  • If we do not enforce a right right away, we do not give it up.
  • You may not transfer these Terms. We may transfer them as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
